Shop Floor Operations Manager

As a key player in the manufacturing sector, we are seeking an accomplished IT Business Partner to lead shop floor operations.This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for optimizing production processes and driving efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SAP S4, SAP ME, and SAP Mii, as well as a proven track record of standardizing and improving manufacturing business processes.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing IT solutions to manage production planning, inventory control, sequencing, cut optimization, and rework management.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, as is the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement IT Solutions to manage a production plan to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and minimize excess stock.Coordinate and sequence production activities to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.Optimize cutting processes, minimizing waste and improving yield.Identify and manage rework processes to ensure quality standards are maintained and production schedules are adhered to.Ensure seamless integration of SAP S4, SAP ME, and SAP Mii with shop floor operations.Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Our organization is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including annual bonuses and generous benefits.
