Ensure the proper follow up for all the Quality Requirements of the customers in the assigned Projects, and the Quality requirements defined in the Business Quality Operation System.BD- Engineering industrial, automotive or any related.English Conversational skills- fluent Must

• This position reports to a Quality Plant ManagerAutomotive industry expertise it ´s a must for this position – CUSHION AIRBAGS Experience.It's difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it ´s important that the candidate must have her / his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation.SKILLS-Drive, Innovative, strong interpersonal and expressional abilities expression, enterprising and good team worker.
• Application of lean and continuous improvement tools good, stress resistance, communication, problem solving, customer service, quick fast responseExperience minimum 5 years in automotive industry (must) as Quality Engineer in automotive industry- airbags CUSHION : Ensure to review, validate, create, update, the CP, ODS, SPC, PPAP, GRRs, Dimensional Reports, Capabilities, PFMEA, First Part Release, MSA as needed to be accomplished, and documented and reviewed in the floor shop according to schedule, or required by customer.Ensure the customer service and communication to avoid any customer complaint by lack of communication or quick answering for any quality issue.To maintain open communication with Quality Superintendent and Quality Manager related to escalation topics, customers complaints, status, projects or others.Develop clear and effective Quality Inspection Methods / Routes to ensure there is no risk for non-effective inspection due to unclear criteria, or inspection method or inefficient tools used.Coordinate and Ensure the proper 8D answering on time related to Formal and unformal 3CPR, MQR, CS1 / 2, customer complaints, internal complaints, implementing effective corrective actions, and lesson learned to prevent reoccurrences.Responsible for any Containment, Rework process, non-conformance material disposition, or quality issue inside and outside the plant.Follow up in launching stages for new projects, for all items related to quality, verifying that Advance Quality Team delivers and covers all requirements before final release of the project.Ensure Quality Auditors trained in all criteria, inspection methods, documentation related to assigned projects.Ensure the follow up and accomplishment on time for Product Audits, Annual Revalidation, according to schedule plan.Ensure and follow up for the use of IQS related to Quality Complaints, and 8D scoring format.Follow up the corrective actions closing time derived from customer or 3rd party Audits.Supporting Quality Auditors, Inspectors when there are doubts for any criteria definition, to release or stopping the lines.Monitors any quality cost as RMAs, Containment Cost, Scrap, Complaint's related cost, Customer Chargeback, Debit notes, in order that are always communicated on time, provisioned, and tracked.Follow Up and spread Deviation Information as required and to ensure that is closed on timeFollow Up Non-Conformance Material in Quarantine related to production lines thru Weekly meeting with Quality Auditors, SQA, and Q.
