Descripción del trabajoConduct supplier validation audits and support supplier APQP processes Evaluate and ensure supplier quality standards and compliance with industry regulations Perform regular assessments of supplier quality systems Support new product launches to meet quality standards Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues Conduct on-site supplier visits for issue verification and corrective actions Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and develop corrective actions Lead supplier audits and recommend process improvements Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships for continuous improvement Support escalation of unresolved quality issues Assist in monitoring and reporting supplier performance KPIs Deliver quality awareness training Assist with first-off sample approvals Maintain documentation of quality activities Analyze supplier performance data for trends and improvements

Job Description
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer Senior with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in industrial, automotive, or related fields.
Requirements :
- Fluent conversational English skills
- Availability to travel
- Passion, drive, innovation, and resilience to work in a multicultural environment
- Own transportation or alternative means to access the plant (relocation support is currently unavailable)
- Automotive industry expertise is essential; airbags expertise is a plus
