Maintenance Leader – Food & Beverage

We are seeking a Maintenance Leader with strong experience in UHT and aseptic filling equipment . This role is fully responsible for the maintenance area and facility, including operations, team leadership, and budget management.

✅ Key Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar, Master’s degree or diploma in Leadership or Business Administration preferred.
• 15+ years in industrial maintenance, including 10+ years in leadership roles .
• Hands-on experience with S4Hanna (PM module) , Advanced Excel , Power BI , AutoCAD .
• Knowledge of TPM, HACCP, FSSC 22000, STPS, NOM, SQF, CONAGUA regulations.
• Proven experience managing utility systems (chillers, compressors, water, electricity, instrumentation).
• Proven experience in UHT product processing and aseptic filling equipment (e.g., TetraPak, SIG Combibloc ) within the food & beverage industry
