Primary Skill : SAP Basis Administration (Master)

Description :

• 2nd, 3rd level of SAP support to resolve issues and execute activities
• Implementing, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment
• Apply corrective actions from KBA and SAP notes
• System Performance Tuning
• Update / Upgrade ABAP / JAVA systems
• Plan a SP update / upgrades
• Have troubleshooting skills for disruption scenarios
• Plan and propose service improvement and technical solutions for customer
• Support L2 members
• Attend and participate actively in technical meetings
• Provide knowledge transfer
• Certificate implementation
• System refresh
• System Export
• Backup / Restore knowledge
• Language installation
• Application installation / uninstallation

Skills mandatory :

Experience with multiple SAP components as many as possible from the list :

Desired vast experience with SAP ECC, SAP S / 4HANA, SAP BW / 4HANA, SLT, SAP SCM, APO / Live Cache, SAP GRC, SAP SRM, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, SAP CRM, HANA DB, SAP BOBJ, Cloud Connector, SAC agents, CPI-DS agent, DP agent, XSA, Content Server, experience in HANA Database Administration

Experience working with SWPM, SUM, Maintenance Planner, PAM tools

Desired experience working with Linux environments

Language requested : English at conversational proficiency, should be able to understand / explain technical concepts

Work arrangement :

Monterrey : Hybrid in-person work is expected, as determined by the team; this isn't every day of the week, nor necessarily all day

Mexico City and Guadalajara : 100% home office
