Responsibilities

Provide support during the peak season for the Brands of the client company.
Monitoring of SAP systems performance, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Design, configuration and monitoring of external hosted SAP systems.
Coordination of external vendors for SAP Hosting.
Planning, configuration and maintenance of the Basis components of SAP systems.
Coordination of support packs installation, system upgrades and refreshes.

Experience in the Area

At least 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis (with SAP technical certifications).

Detailed knowledge of relevant SAP and non-SAP technologies (e.g. databases, software stacks and infrastructure components).

Experience with SAP System Administration and SAP Transport Management.

Ability to handle multiple priorities.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to align the organization around complex technical decisions

Active coach and mentor whose goal is to develop and maximize the team's potential

Proactivity and passion for the client.
