Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth across all boutiques through effective sales strategies, upselling techniques, and personalized guest experiences.
Monitor operating expenses, ensure adherence to budgets, and implement efficiency measures to increase profit margins.
Prepare, review, and present sales, productivity, and inventory reports to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
Oversee product curation, sourcing both locally and internationally to stay aligned with fashion trends and guest preferences.
Ensure optimal stock levels across boutiques, approve purchase orders, and coordinate timely reorders and imports.
Partner with the Marketing team to design and execute retail activations, promotions, and special events that enhance visibility and sales.
Ensure every guest interaction reflects personalized service, aligns with luxury brand standards, and meets Forbes excellence criteria.
Lead and organize daily boutique operations, ensuring cleanliness, visual standards, and flawless execution in line with Forbes guidelines.
Define clear individual and collective objectives, continuously motivating staff to achieve and exceed targets.
Deliver coaching, role plays, and workshops focused on product knowledge, service excellence, and sales skills, integrating Forbes service practices.
Conduct regular evaluations, providing constructive feedback and recognition to drive continuous improvement.
Manage scheduling and staffing to guarantee full coverage and efficient boutique operations.
Develop, update, and enforce SOPs and training manuals to ensure consistency across all boutiques and compliance with Forbes standards.
Oversee payroll, staff discipline, and adherence to HR policies, maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Host regular team meetings to align on objectives, share updates, and foster collaboration.
Represent the retail division in resort-wide initiatives, meetings, and training sessions to align with overall property goals.
Continuously identify fashion innovations, new retail practices, and guest preferences to keep boutiques competitive and attractive.
Ensure that retail-related projects and initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with Forbes quality and service standards.
