The Director of Finance leads the hotel’s financial strategy, ensuring efficient resource management, compliance with regulations, and the delivery of accurate, timely financial information to support decision-making. This role is key in driving sustainable business growth while upholding the luxury experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Accounting, Treasury, Cost Control, Credit & Collections, Purchasing, and Stores.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in line with local and international standards.
• Design and implement internal control and audit strategies to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate the hotel’s annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal, legal, and corporate obligations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, external auditors, and authorities.
• Act as an active member of the Executive Committee, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the hotel.
• Develop and inspire the Finance team, promoting and advancing local talent.
