We are seeking candidates for a fast growing operation in Cabo and Mexico. The role focuses on sales and customer service in a vacation ownership context.
Responsibilities
- Team members will follow all production and effort based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate self-motivation with a “One Team” mentality, able to work both independently and as a team player with key partners throughout the organization.
- Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
- Recognize an emergency situation and take appropriate action.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
