Overview

Join to apply for the Sales Executive Action Line role at Hilton Grand Vacations.

We are seeking candidates for a fast growing operation in Cabo and Mexico. The role focuses on sales and customer service in a vacation ownership context.

Responsibilities

  • Team members will follow all production and effort based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation with a “One Team” mentality, able to work both independently and as a team player with key partners throughout the organization.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings.
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Take initiative and effectively adapt to changes.
  • Recognize an emergency situation and take appropriate action.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy : Understand the customer's needs
  • Honesty : Acting with sincerity and transparency, without trying to confuse the customer.
  • Active listening : Knowing how to listen carefully to customers and understand their needs.
  • Verbal and written communication : Transmit clear messages and use respectful language.
  • Organization : Knowing which prospects need attention and following up when necessary.
  • Positive attitude : Being able to develop and maintain a positive attitude, even when faced with frustrating situations.
  • Desirable capabilities and distinctions

  • Market knowledge : Be familiar with the market in which you operate, including trends, segmentation, competitors, opportunities and challenges.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
