Principal Objective Of Position
The purpose of the Sales Executive position is to present and involve our guests in the opportunity to become owners of the finest vacation experience.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Prepare each day to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper dress and grooming.
Adhere to standard work hours 7am – 4pm.
Greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner as specified during initial meeting.
Use approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively.
Achieve individual established performance guidelines within established time frames.
Contribute to achieving overall site VPG, closing percentage at budget levels, as set by management.
Provide customer service to guests as specified in training and direction of management.
Maintain the highest level of company / competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
Adhere to all established policies and procedures, and position requirements for licensures, certifications, etc.
Discuss terms and conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers.
Effectively gain commitment from guests to purchase.
Complete demo and assessment rides regularly with team leaders & sales managers for coaching and motivation.
Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars and training as required.
Qualifications / Competencies
Bilingual fluency (English-Spanish), availability to work flexible schedules, and Vacation Ownership Sales Experience.
Exceptional customer service orientation, positive disposition, excellent verbal / written skills, multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attention to details, thriving on ambiguity, openness to differences.
Sales ability / persuasiveness, work standards, building customer loyalty, teamwork / collaboration, lead by example.
