Hygiene Operations LeadWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee the implementation, maintenance and improvement of our Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and HACCP plan.
The successful candidate will ensure continuous compliance with industry standards, conduct regular inspections of kitchen and back-of-house areas to monitor hygiene and sanitation.Key Responsibilities : Maintaining FSMS and HACCP plans to ensure regulatory compliance.Conducting regular inspections to monitor hygiene and sanitation levels.Coordinating with the Executive Chef on investigations of possible foodborne illness cases.Designing and delivering hygiene and food safety training programs.Supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.Required Skills and Qualifications : Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Degree in Food Safety, Hygiene or related field.Certification in HACCP and ISO 22000.Minimum 2 years' experience in food hygiene and sanitation within the hospitality industry.Excellent communication and training delivery skills.Strong organizational and documentation abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.Benefits : Opportunity to make a positive impact on guest and colleague wellbeing.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development opportunities.Others : This role requires a customer-first approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests and colleagues.
