It is essential for ensuring that materials, documents, and procedures related to warranties—especially for international markets—are well-organized, efficient, and meet quality standards.Typical tasks : Analyze and optimize the documentation process for warranty exports.Create weekly demand forecasts for production, general approvals, RFAs, and purchase orders.Manage and analyze literature inventory and track material deliveries.Evaluate the performance of suppliers involved in warranty and export processes.Develop and control the budget plan for literature, and coordinate requests for new export markets.Register new export markets and support warranty activities in more than 50 countries.Implement and monitor expense control measures related to warranty activities.Perform strong data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.Qualifications : Advanced proficiency in Excel.Power Bi basic knowledge Working knowledge of SAP.Project management experience.Experience in warranty and quality departmentFluent English.
