Key Responsibilities
- Policy Execution : Implement and communicate warranty policies (aligned with Aftersales Director’s strategy).
- Claims Management : Process dealer / customer claims, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation.
- Data Analysis : Track claim trends and report recurring issues to QA / Engineering teams.
- Audit Support : Maintain accurate records for internal / external audits.
- Dealer Training : Collaborate with Head of Technical Support to train dealers on warranty processes.
- Escalations : Resolve complex warranty disputes (escalated by Service Centers).
Requirements
3+ years in warranty roles (OEM / EV preferred).Analytical mindset, proficiency in warranty software.English fluency; Mandarin a plus.
