About the Role

You will be responsible for driving the expansion of HVAC after-sales business across Latin America, with a strong focus on pipeline management, service sales growth, and solution business development. This role requires proactive engagement with regional offices and distributors, ensuring consistent service proposals and sustainable business growth.

• Drive sales growth of service solutions and maintenance contracts.
• Pipeline management across regional offices.
