Role Overview

As a Technical Sales Specialist at Siemens Energy in Mexico, you will drive sales of Steam Turbines Mods & Ups Projects, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies in complex selling environments. Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate compelling value propositions aligned with company growth targets.
• Forecast all M&U business in your region accurately using Salesforce.
• Support sales activities including fleet analysis, opportunity exploration, and workshops.
• Coordinate Salesforce data clean-up and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Evaluate technical and commercial feasibility of OEM opportunities with support from PCCs.
• Achieve sales, booking, and revenue targets while representing customer needs.
• Manage expenses within company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; support industry trade shows.
