Overview of the position :

This role is dedicated to managing and optimizing all documentation and support processes for export warranties . It is essential for ensuring that materials, documents, and procedures related to warranties—especially for international markets—are well-organized, efficient, and meet quality standards.

Typical tasks :

• Analyze and optimize the documentation process for warranty exports.
• Create weekly demand forecasts for production, general approvals, RFAs, and purchase orders.
• Manage and analyze literature inventory and track material deliveries.
• Evaluate the performance of suppliers involved in warranty and export processes.
• Develop and control the budget plan for literature, and coordinate requests for new export markets.
• Register new export markets and support warranty activities in more than 50 countries.
• Implement and monitor expense control measures related to warranty activities.
• Perform strong data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
