The analyst also provides project and commercialsupport for the Delivery Manager during the delivery process.

The analyst is expected to coordinate key projectactivities with Product Management, Engineering, Commercial Customer Experience (CX) and Learning Center ofExcellence (LCOE) Teams to ensure all customer expectations are met or exceededWhat You'll DoAnalyze current business processes and make recommendations for product and processimprovement based on industry trends and professional business knowledgeProvide product demonstrations and support product and company capabilitiesWork directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the businessUse a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insightsResearch software systems to understand existing functionalities and impact of potential changesDocument scope of software update requests through researchCaptures business requirements and business process managementTranslates business requirements to specific and complete functional requirements to be relied uponby designated project teamCollaborate with the project team and validate that all necessary requirements have been fulfilledQualificationsMinimum BA or BS, preferably in a technical or analytic major or equivalent work / education combinationExperience in SaaS product architecture and deployments is a plusExposure to transportation industry domain desired, intermodal industry domain preferredSpecialized training or certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) a plusStrong tactical planning skills to create actionable and measurable plansTeam building and organizational managementInfluential skills for cross-team and intra-team collaborationStrong customer focusExcellent communication and written skills
