We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Relationships Manager to connect business stakeholders and IT teams, delivering business value through cutting-edge technology solutions like Generative AI.

This position requires understanding organizational needs, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning solutions with strategic goals while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective communication and collaboration as the primary liaison between IT teams and business units
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to gain insight into challenges, needs, and objectives
• Assess opportunities where IT and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, can deliver organizational value
• Define clear IT requirements based on business opportunities and challenges
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to create solutions leveraging technologies such as Generative AI
• Facilitate team workshops and meetings to gather input, provide updates, and address concerns
• Evaluate IT initiatives based on measurable business outcomes
• Share regular updates with stakeholders focusing on strategic alignment, impact, and progress
• Stay current with industry trends, including advancements in Generative AI, to recommend innovative, future-driven solutions
• Support processes for change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and workflows across the organization
