Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate new markets in LATAM, develop entry strategies, and secure approvals for business cases
Scout and develop local dealers, distributors in order to build long term partnerships in designated markets or countries
Increase market intelligence in the region, which will help create a fruitful and productive environment for our business development and strategic planning; Monitor competition, economic indicators and industry trends to understanding the markets in the region and develop the appropriate strategy for each market
Collaborate with Marketing and Regulatory teams in China Headquarter to ensure product launches and registrations align with market needs
Increase sales with exclusive partners in the short & long term in a healthy and stable manner
Assess distributor needs and work to provide the necessary support required to help the distributor be successful
Manage partners including development of sales budgets, negotiating contractual agreements, and providing tech support, clinical education, and training
Build and promote branding of Fosun MedTech / Diagnostics in local market and keep the daily operation compliant upon local legislation and Fosun conduct & guidance
Job Qualifications
Bachelor degree with major in medical, medical engineering or related discipline is preferred
Minimum 3 years in sales, marketing, channel management in medical device industry;
Good track record in business expansion and partnership development / management
Strong ability in teamwork and cross function coordination
Rich working experience in LATAM countries, well adapted into the local culture and society
Good command of English and Spanish; Chinese background will be preferred
