About the Role
We’re seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to recruit, manage, and optimize our affiliate partner network. In this role, you’ll drive sales and revenue through smart campaign strategy, performance analysis, and relationship management. The ideal candidate has a balance of analytical skills, negotiation savvy, and creative problem-solving, with a proven ability to maximize ROI through affiliate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Campaign Management : Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Affiliate Recruitment : Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand the affiliate network.
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, providing training, support, and resources.
- Performance Tracking & Analysis : Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign data (CTR, conversions, revenue), and highlight optimization opportunities.
- Optimization : Continuously refine strategies to improve affiliate performance, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
- Promotions & Content : Develop and distribute promotional offers, incentives, and marketing materials.
- Contract & Budget Management : Negotiate contracts, commission rates, and manage the affiliate budget.
- Reporting : Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Industry Awareness : Stay up to date on affiliate marketing trends, best practices, compliance, and emerging technologies.
- Brand Compliance : Ensure all affiliate activity and materials align with brand standards and voice.
