Contract Lifecycle Manager

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle from planning and implementation to sustainment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all contractual commitments are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and lead the contract planning process to meet stated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain contract commitments and drive project success.
• Manage contract-related activities and services, ensuring timely completion according to schedules.
• Document and define contract services, scheduling them in our systems.
• Align customer expectations with contract objectives, managing renewals and satisfaction.
• Plan and schedule contract milestones using appropriate tools.
• Generate progress reports, presentations, and other contract documentation internally and to customers.
• Coordinate contract implementation and processes, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Lead weekly calls with customers to manage relationships and escalate issues.
