ESSENTIAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESTrain, teach and Support the leadership throung coaching, persuation and motivation to guarantee their goals achievement.Provoque meetings or special events with strategic leaders according to each market.Analyze field sales and performance to determine effectiveness and identify areas to improve.Know the main competitors with their competitive skills and their positioning.Identify areas or regions with high growth potential and develop plans to penetrate those markets.Develop ande propose sales strategies and tactis for different audiences : consultants and customers depending on the needs identified in their market.Communicate launch commercial strategies to the field (incentives, promotions, product launches).
Follow up on sales compliance and main KPI's in the region in relation the budget and established goals.Analyze the results to detect opportunities and make business decisions.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTSDegree in Sales Management, Social Communication, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other common areas.Bilingüal (English and Spanish)Digital marketing experience, social media, web pages, e-commerce and digital channels and tools.Excellent Windows office skills, specially Power Point y Excel.Power BI (nice to have)Empathy with Y, Z and Millennial generations (understand their needs and preferences, market and consumption trends).
