Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with distributors and key value-added resellers to drive new business and retain existing customers.

The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for motivating and energizing channel partners to work with us, developing sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue. Additionally, the successful candidate will identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key value-added resellers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
