Aftersales Regional Specialist

About the RoleWe are looking for anAftersales Regional Specialistto support the development, monitoring, and optimization of aftersales operations across assigned regions.

This role ensures consistent dealer performance, customer satisfaction, and alignment with the company's service standards and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Network Support : Provide operational support and guidance to dealerships within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with aftersales standards and processes.Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze KPIs (service revenue, parts sales, customer satisfaction, retention, warranty claims) and recommend corrective actions to improve results.Customer Experience : Promote best practices to enhance service quality, customer retention, and loyalty initiatives.Training & Coaching : Support training sessions for dealer staff to strengthen technical knowledge, service processes, and customer care.Field Visits : Conduct regular dealership visits to monitor operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of action plans.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields .2–5 years of experience in aftersales, service, or dealer operations in the automotive industry.Strong understanding of warranty processes, spare parts, and customer service operations .

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / CRM systems .

English : Intermediate to AdvancedAvailability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
