Overview
We are seeking a Zapier Integration Specialist to design and implement automation workflows across key platforms. The role focuses on eliminating repetitive tasks, reducing errors, and ensuring seamless integrations between systems like LeadSimple, DocuSign, Google Docs, Adobe, and Gmail. You’ll work closely with the team to refine processes, test solutions, and document workflows for long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy Zaps across LeadSimple, DocuSign, Google Docs, Adobe, and Gmail.
- Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks to save time and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with team members to understand workflow pain points.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Zaps to ensure reliability.
- Document processes and train team members on automation use.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and data security.
Key Outcomes
Deliver at least 10 high-impact automations that reduce admin workload.Successfully integrate LeadSimple → DocuSign → Google Docs into one seamless workflow.Provide clear documentation and training materials for team adoption.Ideal Candidate
Proven Zapier expertise (advanced workflows, multi-step Zaps, APIs, and error handling).Strong knowledge of LeadSimple, DocuSign, Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Gmail), and Adobe Acrobat.Skilled in process mapping and workflow analysis.Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive problem solver.Excellent communicator and collaborator with a growth mindset.Prior experience with property management systems is a plus.Metrics for Success
