Key responsibilities include :
- External performance : Analyzing industry data to improve the company's commercial position. Working with Commercial teams to create action plans, monitor trends, and set clear goals
- Providing strategic support to Sales Development, Pricing & Revenue Management, Planning, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams
- Driving efficiencies in team processes using data skills, automating manual tasks
- Project managing incentives from Tourism Authorities, working with Planning, Finance, Marketing, PR, and Sales teams to optimize fund usage
- Coordinating new market launches, supporting analysis and ensuring all teams are prepared for launch
- Producing regular updates for leaders and directors, including strategy outcomes and business case implementations
Required skills and qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, finance, management, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of analytical business experience (revenue, planning, forecasting)Strong knowledge of macroeconomic trends, economic performance, and global industry trendsCommercial maturity to understand executive prioritiesProject management experience desirableEffective communication skills, able to convey complex information succinctlyCollaborative approach to problem-solvingAbility to work in a team, taking initiative as neededHigh proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Tableau, and English language
