If so, let's talk.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesSenior lawyer with at least 15 years of legal experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel preferably in a multinational company.JD Degree, licensed to practice in Mexico.

LLM or master degree desirable.Solid knowledge and experience in commercial law, international commercial contracts and general civil and corporate law (obligaciones, contratos, societario, transactional general).

Experience in technology related contracts desirable but it is not a must.Strong background and knowledge on corporate law.Experience in contracting with government entities and public procurement law also desirable.100% fluent in English with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
