Senior Legal Advisor

Job DescriptionThe Counsel is a vital role in our organization, providing expert legal support across all brands and departments.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in commercial contracts, marketing, advertising, and consumer protection.As a Counsel, you will provide hands-on in-house support, structuring and negotiating contracts, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding the company's interests.Key Responsibilities : Contract Management : You will structure, negotiate, coordinate, and execute contracts for real property agreements, franchise agreements, professional services agreements, and more.Legal Advice : Present complex legal information to support informed business decisions, working closely with Senior Counsel to develop processes and best practices.Network and Communication : Build effective internal relationships with functional leaders and business stakeholders to continuously improve contract and marketing review processes.Training and Development : Develop educational modules and trainings to proactively mitigate risk, increase efficiency, and improve communication.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written skills, be highly organized, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
