Manage property regularization processes with administrative, cadastral, and registral authorities across Mexico.Ensure regulatory compliance with authorities in real estate, registral, and notarial matters.Implement internal processes for data privacy, transparency, and compliance .
Monitor and follow up on procedures before administrative authorities nationwide.Act as a trusted legal partner, offering premium client service aligned with Patrimo's luxury positioning.Qualifications : Law degree (LL.B.), licensed attorney in Mexico.Minimum 3 years' experience in a Public Notary's office or equivalent, specializing in real estate transactions and registry matters.Demonstrated expertise in luxury real estate transactions is highly valued.Full-time availability for project assignments.Strong commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and client trust .
Excellence in client service and communication skills , with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.Team-oriented, ambitious, and results-driven.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools (Canva or similar).
Based in Mexico City or State of Mexico , with ability to work remotely (home office).
