SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure analysis and support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Linux OS (RHEL / CentOS / Ubuntu), servers, storage solutions, and protocols (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB), as well as virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience managing SSL / TLS certificates and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, Ansible).
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Location Cuajimalpa (hybrid work) .
• Conversational English required.

Objective of the Position

To analyze, design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure systems, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency. This role aims to provide technical support to end-users, both onsite and remotely, while troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues. Additionally, it contributes to the planning and execution of new infrastructure projects and upgrades, as well as the configuration, installation, and support of day-to-day operations for Linux OS servers and storage solutions.
