Position Overview

The OneStream Architect is responsible for designing and implementing innovative, scalable OneStream solutions that meet complex client needs. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to guide delivery teams through all phases of a project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and solution design for OneStream implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with best practices
• Collaborate closely with Project Leads, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both functional and technical requirements
• Own the quality and integrity of the OneStream application design, including data integration, workflow, security, and reporting components
• Provide mentorship and guidance to delivery team members to elevate their technical skills
• Support pre-sales efforts by providing solution architecture expertise during scoping, demos, and proposal development
• Stay current on OneStream capabilities, MarketPlace solutions, and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to client solutions
