Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst - Windows & Virtualization

Overview

This role analyzes, designs, implements, and maintains enterprise IT infrastructure systems to ensure they are reliable, secure, and efficient. It provides advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshoots infrastructure issues both onsite and remotely, and contributes to planning and implementing new infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Skills / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure analysis and support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, M365, virtualization, and storage systems.
• Solid experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V, and managing SSL / TLS certificates.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving IT infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in the ITIL framework and best practices.

Objective of the Position

To analyze, design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure systems, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and efficient. The role focuses on providing advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting infrastructure issues onsite at plants / offices and remotely as needed. It also contributes to planning and implementing new infrastructure projects and upgrades, while overseeing capacity planning, configuration, installation, and daily operations related to Windows OS, servers, Active Directory, M365, identity and access management, and virtualization solutions.
