Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Growth : Develop a strategic sales plan to attract clients seeking humanitarian immigration services, focusing on survivors of domestic violence, hate crimes, gender-based crimes, and human trafficking. Consistently meet or exceed client acquisition targets by leveraging proven sales methodologies.Sales Training and Mentorship : Train and mentor a team of sales professionals, equipping them with the skills, techniques, and mindset to effectively communicate our mission and convert leads into clients. Develop and implement a replicable sales training program based on your proven sales methods.Mission-Driven Engagement : Represent our vision and mission in all client interactions, ensuring every potential client feels valued, understood, and empowered. Communicate our commitment to transforming the perception of immigrants and supporting the Latin American community.Client Relationship Management : Oversee the sales process to ensure adherence to our Service Standards, including treating clients like VIPs, overcommunicating, responding within 24 hours, and maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.Team Collaboration : Work closely with case managers, attorneys, and the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to case resolution. Foster a collaborative, ego-free environment aligned with our Core Values.Performance Metrics and Accountability : Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on client acquisition, conversion rates, and team performance. Language Proficiency : Fluency in English, Spanish, and (Portuguese is a plus) is required to effectively communicate with clients and team members from diverse Latin American backgrounds.Proven Sales Expertise : Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of consistently closing deals and exceeding targets. Experience in training others in a replicable sales methodology is essential.Alignment with Mission and Values : Deep commitment to our mission to empower persecuted Latin American immigrants and transform victimhood into empowerment. Personal or professional experience with immigration, refugee issues, or humanitarian causes is highly preferred.Leadership and Training Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train a sales team, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture. Experience in developing sales training programs is a plus.Cultural Competence : Strong understanding of and empathy for the experiences of Latin American immigrants and refugees. Personal experience as an immigrant or refugee is a significant advantage.Service Standards : Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, including prompt communication, professional appearance, and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor in all interactions.Efficiency and Problem-Solving : Ability to work efficiently, resolve issues independently, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
