About the Role We are supporting a manufacturing client in strengthening their ERP team during an exciting period of transformation.
To ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continuous improvement, we are looking for 2 dedicated Epicor Business Analyst / Support Specialists to join their team.
This role focuses on support, maintenance, and enhancements to the current Epicor environment while also contributing to the upcoming cloud migration.
Unlike vendor-driven support models, this is an opportunity to be embedded directly with the client’s team, providing consistent, personable, and high-quality ERP support.
Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for the existing Epicor ERP system, ensuring stability and timely resolution of user issues.
Support and optimize Epicor manufacturing modules including Production Management, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), Materials Management, Supply Chain, and Quality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders (production, operations, supply chain, finance) to gather requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver functional solutions.
Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and customizations that improve manufacturing workflows.
Act as the first line of support for Epicor users (Tier 1–4).
Provide day-to-day assistance for transactions, printing, and personalization resets.
Investigate and resolve module-level functional issues (posting errors, job costing, inventory mismatches).
Configure BPMs, security roles, dashboards, and custom reports in collaboration with the developer lead.
Document SOPs, user guides, and known-issue knowledge base articles.
Conduct functional testing of patches, upgrades, and customizations before deployment.
Train end users on Epicor functionality and best practices.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2) with proven experience working in English-speaking environments and collaborating with global teams.
Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Epicor ERP in a manufacturing environment as an Epicor Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Support role.
Strong expertise with Epicor Manufacturing modules : Production Management (job scheduling, shop floor control, routings, capacity planning) MES (shop floor execution, labor reporting) Materials Management (BOMs, MRP, inventory control, purchasing) Supply Chain Management (demand planning, logistics) Quality Management Proficiency with Epicor tools : BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and customization framework.
Familiarity with Epicor ERP migration or cloud implementations preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot across modules and functional areas.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trust and effective relationships with end users.
