Business Analyst- SAP

Overview

In this role, you\'ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at IBM, you will help IBM Clients solve some of their most challenging business problems, capitalize market opportunities and understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes.

In your role, you may be responsible for :

• Learning and adopting consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client\'s business environment.
• Translating client\'s business needs into business requirements and participating in the production of solutions to drive business value.
• Working with clients to refine or design their business strategy while working in an agile collaborative environment.

Required technical and professional expertise

Demonstrated experience in documenting business processes with a stronger focus on business process analysis than technology.

Preferred : Degree in Economic Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.

Language Skills : Proficient command of English, both written and spoken.

Analytical Skills : Highly analytical mindset with a strong aptitude for data analysis.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Previous experience within the consumer goods industry.
