Senior Analyst - Client Support, AxiomSL, FinTech
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Client Support to join AxiomSL, a leading FinTech company. This role is based in Mexico - Colonia Juarez and is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to new and existing customers regarding billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints.
- Support sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications, ensuring good customer relations.
- Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively, in compliance with consumer laws.
- Develop initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and respond to customer surveys with improvement plans.
- Support billing inquiries, service requests, system failures, and capacity issues, troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues in collaboration with development or sales teams.
- Follow procedures for start-up, shutdown, recovery, scheduling, and backups of customer support systems.
- Monitor client issues and distribute information regarding new products or updates.
- Maintain and administer client / customer data systems following standard procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; comparable experience may be substituted.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Additional Information
