What You’ll Do
1. Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Own the national sales and commercial strategy, ensuring local execution that drives market share, profitability, and long-term growth.
- Adapt and implement the company’s go-to-market strategy to Mexico’s unique market dynamics and customer needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that strengthen our ecosystem and value proposition.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations to optimize performance and returns.
- Responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales through R´s in our app.
2. Business Performance & Analytics
Manage end-to-end P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making.Monitor city-level results, diagnose gaps, and remove barriers to accelerate growth and efficiency.Establish a culture of analytical rigor — using insights, forecasting, and KPIs to guide priorities and investment.3. Leadership & Talent Development
Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of city and sales leaders.Develop a strong talent pipeline and performance-driven culture rooted in accountability and results.Foster collaboration across Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure aligned execution of the country plan.4. Stakeholder Management & Representation
Act as the senior representative of the company in Mexico, maintaining strong relationships with key partners, customers, and industry stakeholders.Serve as the bridge between local operations and HQ, ensuring alignment, transparency, and mutual trust.What You Bring
10+ years of leadership experience in commercial, strategy, or general management roles (preferably in tech, FMCG, or multi-city operations).Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large teams, and owning country or regional P&L.Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.Exceptional executive presence and communication skills in both Spanish and English.Entrepreneurial mindset : proactive, decisive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Track record of scaling organizations during high-growth phases, including recruiting and developing top leadership talent.
