What You’ll Do

• Convert inbound chats and emails into closed deals.
• Advise customers on how to get the most value from Apollo’s platform.
• Upsell and cross-sell to expand customer impact.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to improve the customer journey.
• Consistently meet performance and revenue targets.
