Position Description

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just assist, but accompanies. Someone capable of communicating the narratives, sensations, and emotions of a scent—listening actively and guiding each visitor toward a unique and personalized experience.

This role calls for presence, sensitivity, and curiosity : sales are a consequence, not the objective.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each client with calm and mindful attention.
• Understand their tastes, experiences, and needs in order to recommend fragrances in a personalized way.
• Describe scents using sensory, evocative, and refined language.
• Create a harmonious experience in the space (tone, rhythm, atmosphere).
• Care for the presentation of the space.
• Provide personalized follow-up after sales.
