About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. This role will act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment and ensuring the attraction of top talent across key functions. The ideal candidate has proven experience in professional recruiting (preferably within manufacturing environments), strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners.
- Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and provide comprehensive candidate evaluations.
- Present qualified shortlists and support hiring decisions through market insights and data analysis.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
- Oversee employer branding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters or coordinators within the team.
- Participate in or lead regional / global recruiting initiatives aimed at process optimization and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist , ideally within a manufacturing or corporate environment.Strong command of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, HRIS, etc.).Advanced interviewing and assessment skills, including competency-based techniques.Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage metrics and data to improve results.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.Fluent English is mandatory.Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion across all recruiting processes.What We Offer
