About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. This role will act as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment and ensuring the attraction of top talent across key functions. The ideal candidate has proven experience in professional recruiting (preferably within manufacturing environments), strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners.
• Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and provide comprehensive candidate evaluations.
• Present qualified shortlists and support hiring decisions through market insights and data analysis.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
• Oversee employer branding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters or coordinators within the team.
• Participate in or lead regional / global recruiting initiatives aimed at process optimization and innovation.
