We're Looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist / Coordinator

We are partnering with a leading multinational company in the consumer goods industry that is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist / Coordinator to join their regional HR team. This position will be responsible for managing recruitment processes for corporate positions across MEX & LATAM, supporting key business areas and ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Additionally, the role will coordinate Trainee Programs and University Relations, strengthening the company's presence and employer brand among young professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and regional roles (LATAM & MEX).
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage and execute early talent initiatives, including Trainee and Internship Programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and other academic institutions.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Administer and optimize recruitment workflows through SAP SuccessFactors.
