Falco Electronics is looking for an Hr Specialist responsible for recruiting. Manages job descriptions, compensation analysis and organization
charts. Supports HR policies, employee benefit programs, and internal surveys. Ensures
consistency in HR practices across all company locations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and
solid knowledge of labor legislation.
Main Responsibilities :
Job descriptions; manage.
Compensation and benefits package.
Promote and advertise job openings.
Screen interviews and recruit candidates.
Organize and support training and development programs.
Maintain and update organization charts.
Employee benefits; support.
Internal surveys.
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Required Competencies :
Job dimensioning and documentation.
Salary benchmarking and compensation setting.
Required Experience :
Preferably 2-3 years of experience in recruiting.
Essential Education and Certifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology or Humanities.
Any HR certification is a plus.
Necessary Skills :
Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).
Interviewing and evaluation skills.
Excellent in verbal and written skills.
Computer literate (MS Office, HR softwares).
Can learn and adapt to other departments needs and operations.
Relevant Personality Traits :
Effective speaker.
Extroverted.
Job Demands :
Travel to company sites in the United States, Italy, Mexico, India and China.
Flexibility to work in different time-zones, evenings, and weekends to achieve recruiting
functions.
