Job Title
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our business growth in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. As the primary sales representative for this region, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth;
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies;
- Monitor and report on sales activities and provide insights for future strategy development.
Requirements :
Relevant experience in sales or business development;Proven track record of achieving sales targets;Excellent communication and negotiation skills;Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Fluent level of Spanish and English language skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;At least 5 years' experience in sales or business development;Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Work Location :
