Main Responsibilities :
Collaborate with educators, librarians, and partners throughout the customer journey.Work with Sales to align customer success activities with business objectives.Develop training programs that blend customer support, academic engagement, and product knowledge.Partner with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer experience.Critical Requirements :
A graduate-level education or equivalent relevant work experience.Proven expertise in training, customer support, or solutions-based roles, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or publishing industries.Familiarity with digital learning tools in academic libraries, higher education, or ELT landscapes.Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with experience delivering virtual and in-person training.Able to absorb extensive product knowledge across a diverse portfolio.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Learning Management Systems, data visualization tools, and video capture software.What We Offer :
