Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telephone Operator. This role is located in San Luis Potosí, SLP, but some work from home is acceptable. The Telephone Operator will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, operating the switchboard, and providing excellent customer support. This role may also involve greeting and assisting visitors and managing various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 80% English
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience as a Switchboard Operator and handling a Switchboard
• Customer Support experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
