First Brands Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Jr. for our Share Service Fram in San Luis Potosí location! 100% presencial / bilingual

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Purchase order processing with high accuracy and efficiency
• Managing and organizing large volumes of data
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis
• Verifying purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Strong attention to detail
• Process improvement for order and data management
• Effective communication with suppliers and internal teams
