Customer Service Representative
This role is a full-time hybrid position for a Customer Service Representative. The job is located in San Luis Potosí, SLP, but some work from home is acceptable.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, operating the switchboard, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate the switchboard to direct incoming calls
- Provide excellent customer support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Required Skills and Qualifications :
80% English proficiencyStrong phone etiquette and communication skillsExperience as a switchboard operator or in a similar customer service roleCustomer service experience with a proven track record of resolving customer complaintsExcellent verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
