This key role involves being the primary HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and international standards.
Key Responsibilities < / p
- Serve as the main HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and international standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for technical and administrative roles.
- Drive training programs in leadership, technical skills, safety, and regulatory compliance (including NOM-035).
- Manage HR operations, personnel files, payroll support, and benefits administration.
- Oversee performance management, career development, and continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Support both unionized and non-unionized environments, including negotiations and contract administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications < / p
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).Proven experience in labor law (LFT, STPS), NOM-035, ISO / IATF standards.Strong interpersonal skills to work with teams and leadership.Knowledge of HRIS (SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar).Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).Ideal Candidate Profile < / p
