We

are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Field Service Manager to lead

and manage field service operations in Mexico and support the Latin America

Region for our compressor business.   This

includes normal Service activities, Modification and Upgrades, and New

compressor installations.

The

successful candidate will be based in Mexico and will bring a strong technical

background in compressors & compressor operations, excellent leadership

capabilities, and a customer-focused mindset to drive operational excellence

and Field Service growth in the region.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Oversee and manage all field service activities across

Mexico, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting

of compressor installations.

Lead and support a regional team of field service

engineers, driving continuous improvement and training initiatives.

Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and

compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Develop and execute service strategies to improve

performance, customer loyalty, and revenue.

Coordinate with regional sales and operations teams to

align and forecast field activities with broader business goals.

Build strong relationships with customers, partners,

and internal stakeholders to identify service opportunities, provide technical

support, and monitor service KPIs and team performance.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business

Administration, Technology, or a related field, with 5-7 years of relevant

experience in field service, repair operations, or customer technical support,

preferably within the compressor or industrial equipment industry.

Strong technical knowledge of turbo and reciprocating

machinery principles, operations, installation, commissioning, and maintenance

practices.

Proven ability to interact professionally with

management, clients, and shop personnel, demonstrating tact, strong

organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time

constraints.

Strategic problem solver with strong analytical

skills, capable of translating business goals into operational initiatives,

assessing training needs, and driving data-driven decisions.

Experience with ERP / service management systems (e.g.,

SAP, Salesforce), familiarity with regional regulatory and safety standards,

and ability to travel regionally and internationally (10%-25%).

Fluent in English, with preferred experience at a

global compressor OEM or similar manufacturer, and a solid understanding of

service business operations and customer support.
