Job Summary
The position is tasked with conducting a thorough review of internal processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in Operational Process, Metrics, BCP, Cost Optimization, Project Delivery and Support.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Initiation
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Identify stakeholders and establish communication plans
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Execution & Monitoring
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on timeMonitor project progress using KPIs and performance metricsManage budgets and resources, ensuring alignment with project goalsTrack issues and risks, adjusting plans as neededCommunication & Reporting
